The Firm

VON ALLWÖRDEN advises you at our office in Stade and our two offices in Hamburg (Inner Alster and Outer Alster) on private and commercial law matters and represents you before state courts and arbitration tribunals. Our clients include companies of all sizes as well as private individuals, public institutions and start-ups.

We set ourselves the highest quality standards in the handling of our clients’ cases by our experienced lawyers and specialist attorneys. This also means that we limit ourselves to our core competencies: our business law consulting focuses on commercial and corporate law, employment law, tax law, banking and capital market law, as well as copyright, trademark and media law and general business and civil law.

For everything else, we have cooperation partners whose services we closely integrate into our service – for you as a client, everything comes from a single source. This also applies to the processing within the law firm: Interdisciplinary teamwork is a matter of course for us.

We rely on a modern and fully digitalized law firm structure. As a client, you benefit directly from the high efficiency and quality of our work. Another important aspect for us is a high degree of cost transparency for you as a client, which applies regardless of the agreed fee structure (hourly rate, flat fee or fee based on the value of the dispute in accordance with the German Lawyers’ Fees Act (Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz)).

  • The law firm VON ALLWÖRDEN was founded in 2019 by the lawyers Dr. Sebastian von Allwörden and Benjamin von Allwörden.

    The founding partners previously worked for several years as lawyers in national and international business and civil law consulting firms in Berlin. Benjamin and Dr. Sebastian von Allwörden grew up in Stade.

    On January 01, 2023, attorney Titus Wolf joined the firm as a partner and is responsible for the tax law department at VON ALLWÖRDEN.

    All partners have spent extended periods of time in English-speaking countries and are accustomed to handling mandates with an international focus entirely in English.

  • Our office location in Stade (district Ottenbeck) is easily accessible by various means of transportation. There are sufficient parking spaces available at all times. We will gladly organize your pick-up at the train station. Alternatively, you can reach us in just under 15 minutes from the Stade train station by bus line 2007 (bus stop “Ottenbeck Schule”). Stade-Ottenbeck also has a private airfield , which is only three minutes away from our office.

    Our office is located in the TRAFOHAUS in Stade. Completed in 2020, this fully barrier-free and air-conditioned office building was constructed on the eponymous architectural monument of the former transformer house and meets the latest technical and energy standards. The office has a conference room for up to 16 people. We are looking forward to your visit!

    We handle mandates nationwide and are always able to hold meetings and appointments regardless of location (e.g. in Berlin).

  • Our Hamburg locations at the Inner Alster (Hohe Bleichen 8, 20354 Hamburg) and the Outer Alster (Agnesstraße 45, 22301 Hamburg) are each centrally located in Hamburg in the city center or near the airport in Winterhude. 

    Please also ask us about the available parking spaces if you come to us by car.

    We handle mandates nationwide and are always able to hold meetings and appointments independent of location (e.g. in Berlin).
