Dr. Sebastian von Allwörden advises clients in all matters of commercial and private law. His practice focuses in particular on corporate law as well as general commercial and civil law issues.

Dr. Sebastian von Allwörden also has particular expertise and experience in banking and capital markets law. This includes both private and public banking law as well as the entire field of capital market law including investor protection law. Dr. von Allwörden has also been one of the first lawyers in the field of crypto currencies/ICOs and innovative business models in the financial sector (Fintechs) in Germany.

Before joining VON ALLWÖRDEN Rechtsanwälte, Dr. von Allwörden worked as a lawyer at the Berlin office of a leading German and international commercial law firm in the fields of corporate and commercial law as well as banking and capital market law for several years. Dr. von Allwörden is a Certified Lawyer for banking and capital markets law. In addition to his work as an attorney, he is an auditor at the University of Kiel in the area banking and capital market law.
